"VUE," the Visionary User Experience is Aceyus, Inc.'s chief go-to-market solution. It began as a simple, streamlined alternative to enterprise level dashboards but soon became its own flagship SaaS solution.
Challenges
1. Identify key KPIs for Contact Centers across AWS, Cisco, Avaya, Five9, Salesforce, and Twilio integrations.
2. Redesign entire dashboard solution set and implement new UI/UX design processes.
3. Coordinate with newly formed Marketing, Partner Relations, and Product teams.
